The Semi-Vege Experiments - Sneaky Vegetarian Options

I realized that a lot of the vegetarian options I've been posting require special preparation and ingredients, which isn't always feasible for a lot of people. But the thing we don't think about is how much of the food we normally choose are vegetarian! Here's a list to get you started - what can you add?

Bean, cheese, and rice burrito
Macaroni and cheese
Grilled cheese sandwich
Tamago (egg) sushi
Peanut butter and jelly!
Zucchini lasagna
Garlic and pineapple pizza
Salads of all sorts
Egg salad sandwiches
Chips and salsa
Nachos
Carrot sticks and ranch dressing
Pretty much every form of dessert
Baked potatoes (especially good with baked beans)
Omelettes
Scrambled eggs
Stuffing!
Green bean casserole
Refried beans in all its incarnations
Cereal with milk
Oatmeal
Spaghetti with meatless sauce
Baked beans
Toast with jam
Fruit
AND THEN SOME!

It's not that hard to choose vegetarian options. Give it at try and tell me what sneaky vegetarian options you find and enjoy.
