What's In Season: January

As a new feature for the new year, I'm going to be posting what foods are currently in season from the National Resource Defense Council. It will be a semimonthly or so feature mainly aimed at Southern California, so if you're not in SoCal, check out the other  U.S. States here.

The goal of this is to help you eat in season if you're not at a farmer's market. But I'll also try to post something, be it an alternative beauty recipe, food recipe, or cool fact that I can find to help you in your new green lifestyle
